Torcara has always had a love for cooking and baking since high school. After graduating she gravitated more toward baking but made the decision to serve in the US Army. It wasn't until 2013, after being inspired by an online Baker she realized that this was the field she wanted to pursue. She began baking at home for family and friends and soon after her co-workers. Once she started getting request for orders it was than that she believed this was the path she was met to take.

She started researching different techniques and designs for the treats she specialized in and found that treat making was quite popular. She furthered her skills by taking classes in the local areas to get the results she was looking for. Her skill grew into a craft at that moment and started getting her noticed. By word of mouth she started getting orders for candy apples, dipped pretzels, chocolate covered strawberries, and other various treats for different events. Something that was once a hobby is now a thriving baking business.

Torcara is now enrolled in classes at Stratford University to develop her skill in a professional setting so that she can perfect her techniques.
